Synergy-Cargo Group, established in 1988 in Hong Kong, originally operated as a family-run business. Its founding mission was to address the growing logistics demands in the Hong Kong region, providing efficient and reliable logistics solutions. In its early years, Synergy-Cargo Group primarily focused on local transportation and delivery services. Relying on the close collaboration and extensive industry experience of its family members, the company gradually built a stable customer base.

As a family business, Synergy-Cargo Group adhered to the principles of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first approach . The initial challenges included limited capital, fierce market competition, and small business scale. However, the company overcame these obstacles through the resilience and adaptability of its family members, continuously improving service quality and operational efficiency, eventually establishing a firm foothold in the Hong Kong market.

In 1998, A British investor named Harry Sheldon, who had known the founder of Synergy-Cargo Group since the company’s early days, recognized its potential. Harry had always admired the founder’s work ethic and passion for the logistics industry and believed in the vast potential of Synergy-Cargo Group. Consequently, Harry decided to invest in the company, marking a turning point for Synergy-Cargo Group by alleviating financial pressure and bringing in advanced management concepts and technical support.
